A simple and practical accommodation for 3 people. Well located and excellent attention from the owner. In addition, we had a very flexible entrance as we came from a very far away by car and arrived very late.

We really liked this place. In the same block was a wine shop with great staff, a chocolate shop and a deli. What more could you want? The apartment is close to many different bus routes and the buses are very easy to use and run often. A perfect location. The apartment was spacious and clean. We didn’t cook but you could if you wanted. I would stay again.

Clean and tidy place, with everything you need to cook, comes with good ventilation and air conditioning, good internet signal and TV, in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Good communication with the hosts, who were always concerned about the comfort of our stay.

Everything was excellent! They let us in several hours before check-in time. The Depto Como and big, the beautiful decor. I would definitely come back!

Excellent apartment in the heart of pedestrian area of Mendoza. Clean, spacious, full of light and quiet despite being very centrally located. Within walking distance of everywhere you want to be in the city. Emiliano was extremely responsive and helpful - definitely recommend him and the place!

Beatriz's accommodation is very beautiful and cozy, with all the details to make the stay truly very comfortable. Beatriz is a genius, very kind indeed and even waited for us with a refreshment for when we arrived. Too bad we only stayed one night, we would return without thinking!!!

Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful Parque San Martín, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to explore the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base to explore Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could do the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attentions. We would definitely come back!

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

Angela was very, very kind and warm to us from the very beginning. She welcomed us very well. The house is beautiful, very functional, nothing was missing, and it was warm for winter. Everything was impeccable. I would really come back a thousand times and especially in the summer. Thank you for everything.

The house is amazing. Beautiful as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and amenities you can ask for and more. Both Gastón, Jimena and Andrés were very attentive and helpful at all times. The area is super quiet and with very nice landscapes, but it is also close to the center and with easy arrival even with public transport. 100% recommended!!

This was a great Airbnb for a large group; the space comfortably accommodated the 13 of us and we had a great time. A few notes: - The entrance is very nondescript (hidden door in the facade of a restaurant) on a very busy pedestrian street. It's somewhat loud towards the front from the restaurant, but the yard is very peaceful. - Luca, the host, is amazing; he was very responsive to our needs and extremely accommodating. Five star experience! - The five beds in the main room of the rear house gets a lot of noise from the kitchen - The layout of the bottom floor of the main house is a little strange and there is a lot of dead space, that said there is still more than enough room for a large group - The parrilla is great for large group dinners! Overall, top tier experience would book again

Enjoyed our stay and host was wonderful. Allowed us to checkin early which was so much appreciated! The hot water in the shower isn't very hot.

The space of Emiliano is great! The location is very safe, close to a street full of restaurants and easy access to the park and plaza. We had a bit of difficulty with the shower to heat up in the beginning, but then we solved it. Everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out were flexible, Emiliano's mother was very attentive too!

Ramiro is an excellent host, always attentive to what we needed. The place was perfectly organized and clean, matched the photos.

We arrived very late due to inconvenience during the trip and Fernando waited for us the same to receive us. He always answered on time, very kind. He welcomed us, showed us the place and made us feel at home at all times.

We had a congress in a hotel near the apartment . For which we were fantastic, the location was fantastic since we were just a short walk away
