The place is comfortable, the location is good, the host was friendly and answered questions quickly. They asked me to bring salt, half an hour later I was already at the door. Clean, air conditioning, comfortable balcony. I recommend it!

Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The house and belongings were spotless. Great location with good views. It is located within a decent site. Oludeniz is 10 minutes away if there is no traffic. There were 2 cars and we did not have a shortage of parking. Parking was sufficient. Ms. Şükran is very caring and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. You can stay with peace of mind.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable staff at Hüseyin’s place. The pool was cleaned every day and the house was in a very quiet area. Huseyin was very responsive and helpful. Great place!

Our stay at Nazmi Bey Villa was very nice. The villa was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. From the moment we checked into the villa, we felt like we were in our own home. The pool was very hygienic and cleaned by the attendants every day. Although we had two private children, we were very comfortable in the Villa. When there was any problem, Mr. Nazmi solved it very quickly. It was within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We would love to come back with my family and would definitely recommend it.

Very far from city center, so it is a good choice if you are staying longer than a day or two. The house is very small but perfect for a couple. Coffee maker, but no coffee, no drinking water, no tea bags. The roosters are LOUD and started crowing at 1:30 am! Ahmet. his mom and dad were very attentive to our needs.

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The view through the mountains to the sea was spectacular. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. There were ample supplies like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and full kitchen staples. This would be a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. The villa is up the hill from old town Kalkan. About a 5-10 minute drive. Very easy. The driveway and approach roads can be bumpy so I’d recommend a small SUV or AWD rental. But we did just fine with our sedan rental. Overall, great location, wonderful space, and attentive service from Mr. Tolga. We would highly recommend.

Brief summary for those who don't have the time: one of the most beautiful houses you can stay in Fethiye for price/performance. As for the details. First of all, the hosts are very friendly and you can easily communicate. It consists of 5 villas of the same type next to each other, we stayed in the third place. The villa is quite new, we were one of her first guests. There is an adequate pool in front, comfortable garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, etc. Although the house is new, there is nothing missing. Everything has been considered both architecturally and as an interior furniture layout. The bathrooms are big and clean, with air conditioning in every room, the beds are comfortable and clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen, you just need to do your groceries. I stayed in a place where I was satisfied again in Fethiye for two weeks, according to him, this place is one step ahead as the architecture of the rooms. The only problem (no problem, but note) there was a lot of pool cleaning noise every morning. I think the whole system is connected to the 3rd villa, you won't have this problem in 1 and 2. We were definitely very satisfied. Mr. Halil was very helpful with everything. The house was spotless and very peaceful and had all the necessary supplies. We felt like we were at home. There were four of us in the accommodation. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectations immeasurably. Everything was super nice and very private. The hosts were so kind and helpful. For German standards, the accommodation was very upscale, luxurious and lovingly furnished. In the kitchen there was everything and the electrical appliances were all clean and new. The bedrooms were both air-conditioned. The place was nicer than the pictures in the ad.

Had an amazing time staying at Nazim's place. It's really as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Nazim is a very responsive and kind host and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended!

Abdullah and his wife were amazing hosts, they were extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, it was also a very safe neighbourhood. Central Fetihye was a 10/15 minute drive and all the shops and touristy bits were there.

The house was just as it appeared in the photos, even nicer! During our stay, we felt at home. Everything we needed was thought out and complete. The hosts were also very warm and welcoming, and gave us a great welcome. Thank you so much for everything, we can't wait to come back

I have to say that i am a big fan of Gökbel region and the view of the apartment was the main reason i booked it. Place is pretty much like it is listed. View is super nice and the terrace is super comfortable. Both iztuzu and kargıcak bays are within driving range. I would definetely recommend this place if the host solves the little issue with hot water. It is a little hard to find the balance between burning hot and cold water. Overally we enjoyed our 3 days stay and it will be a good option on my next visit to the region.
