The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

Thank you very much to Sophia, her mother and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you. I will visit again and I recommend everyone to visit the place. 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful time in Batumi, in the village of Makho. Our family of five felt at home! We were met very warmly — Lamze and her husband Jamal turned out to be incredibly friendly, responsive and hospitable hosts. From the very first day, they helped us with any questions — from everyday trifles to recommendations for places to visit. The house was clean, cozy, and was completely as described. Spacious, everything is thought out for a comfortable family stay. I especially liked the mesmerizing view of the sea and the city and the amazing view of the mountains — a real rest for the soul. If you are looking for a place to relax in silence, eat in Georgian restaurants closer to nature, but not far from Batumi, this is the perfect option. From all our family — a huge thank you to Lamza and Jamal! We will definitely come again.

Woodhide

Our stay at Woodhide was a true soul retreat. The location of the house is simply incredible: nature, fresh air and silence. The interior is stylish, thoughtful to the smallest detail, creating coziness and a feeling of complete relaxation. I was especially impressed with the bathroom with the hot tub – the perfect place to relax after walks. But the most valuable thing is people. The owners of the house put their soul into it and surrounded us with warmth and care, for which we are immensely grateful. They did everything to make us feel like home. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we will definitely come back again! If you are looking for a place where you can relax, enjoy the aesthetics and feel welcome – Woodhide is perfect.
