I can’t say enough. Shaun is the MAN. His instructions on accessing the property were flawless. He also went up the hill with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the ride. This is a great room in a great location. Very quiet, bed is comfy, and has huge balcony! Able to walk easily to the lift in under 10 minutes. There is a shuttle available as well but we never used it. Kerri was responsive and kind. 5 stars!!

I have stayed in a lot of long-term airb&bs recently, and Diane's place has truly been my favorite! This air&b has everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay! It was extremely clean and cozy! I truly felt at home! :) Even though it is a basement apartment, it has plenty of natural night (a big window in the bedroom and the kitchen). The area is right in the mountains and has the most incredible view! It is also super close to some great hiking trails! I would absolutely recommend Diane's airb&b for a short or long-term stay! :)

This was a great find. Close to the outlets and only 15 minutes to downtown Park City. Lots of amenities including games, nice fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress in the Master room was amazing. Best one I have had at an Airbnb. Very clean. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
