The house was built in 2014 and the guest house in 2019. The house has an open floor plan on the lower floor and is modern and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances from Husqvarna and a large dining table. Fireplace is available. There are five bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer are available. The guest house has one bedroom and one sofa bed. Large patio to the west with gas grill and outdoor furniture. Wireless Internet is available. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE TO BE BROUGHT BY GUESTS

Welcome to a cozy summer house in charming Gnisvärd on the west coast of Gotland, 300 meters from Tofta Strand. Accommodation for 6 guests in three bedrooms (Room 1: double bed; Rooms 2 & 3: bunk bed, one of which has a separate entrance). Open floor plan between kitchen and living room, spacious dining area. Large porch with ample space for socializing and dining. Quiet location near the sea and about a 20-minute drive to Visby. The house is located on a large plot of land where there is also another house. It's private but open between the houses.

Visby is about 1.5 miles from the house, the nearest beach 1.2 km and toftabeach about 3 km. The house is 85 sqm with 3 bedrooms. On the property, there is a guest house of 15 sqm, used as a double bedroom.
