Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. We are a family letting our house, in Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m picturesque Gnisvärd fishing village. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, 30 sqm. Wifi, TV with Chromecast. Forest next to the house. Large garden, 2500 sqm., where we are renting out a bigger house (mainhouse) and guest house as well. A small garden belonging to this house and a separating fence to the main house.

Our cozy and well-equipped guest house is located 18 km south of Visby next to the forest with about 1.5 km to Gnisvärd's beautiful beach and fishing village. Within walking distance is a stone oven bakery so you can get fresh bread for breakfast that you can enjoy both indoors and outdoors.

Seaside cottage Gnisvärd

We (2 adults) spent 6 days at Annika's beach house and we really enjoyed our stay. It's extremely private and quiet and the perfect place to relax peacefully. Everything is just as shown in the pictures and especially the garden furniture is very comfy! There's a sandy beach really close in just 2 minutes walking distance. Even though we've been there in summer (mid of August) the beach wasn't super crowdy. It's even possible to walk by the sea to Tofta (45 minutes) where there is a little supermarket at the camping area. We haven't met Annika but the communication has been quick and smoothly.

Scenic with 900m to Tofta Strand

We were 2 adults and a child of almost 3 years old in Ann and Tomas' house for 14 days and it was perfect. We had everything we needed in the house, easy check-in and the hosts and their family were so hospitable. The house is very idyllic and they even cook super delicious food in the restaurant. Great place if you are staying on Gotland and we would love to come again. Would definitely recommend the place to everyone we know.

What a wonderful cottage! The surrounding area is so beautiful and the stay at the cottage fots the vibe of gotland perfectly! We arrived late with by motorcycle, so Peder had prepared a little sign with my name at the road to guide our way to the cottage. He left the lights on and had already prepared the bed. Furthermore he offered to leave my motorbike in the barn as it was forecasted to rain during the night. Peder and Lisa are both so lovely people and made us feel right at home, even for our short stay. When opening the door in the morning, we were even surprised with some freshly baked bread offered by our host. Definitely gonna stay here again the next time we come to Gotland!
