Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Its standout feature is the natural mountain rock, which forms part of the interior and coexists with the old stone walls and wood. We have restored the house, respecting its essence, to create a warm, comfortable space with plenty of character. A special place to unwind, take a walk and enjoy the tranquillity of Ripollès.

The Moulin de Reynès was built in 1602, on the river, in the heart of a preserved valley a few kilometers from Céret. It operated until the 1950s and is still in working order. The renovation of the residential part dates from 2010. Gîte de France 3-star rating, with a totally independent character, along a small river. Access is completely independent of my house by a pedestrian path and then Catalan stone steps. The comfortable chalet has a living room of more than 20 m2.
