Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. No smoking on property and no pets allowed.

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Oak Cliff Pool House

Pool House has bright, open full kitchen & comfortable space for dining and relaxing. 10 min drive to Bishop Arts District. 15 min to downtown and Arlington. NOT A TINY HOUSE! 1 Bedroom with a king bed and a large living space with an extra king bed & shared full bath. Patio area provides comfortable area for grilling and dining by the pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED. THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY - OTHER PETS MAY BE PRESENT. There is also a newly installed outdoor hut tub for guests to reserve.
