It was a great and very calm place to stay!

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

Peter and Co-hosts were awesome. The place was easy to access, and Peter was proactive in sharing details and was awesome to let us park nearby after check out. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again when and if returning to DC. The location was tucked away enough to be away from traffic but close enough to access the big sites if you have a car. 10/10 recommend. And he’s right. The most affordable place you’ll find!!

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Words can't even describe how homey and amazing our experience was especially to have a 2 year old. The place was everything we expected and went above and beyond. Super host doesn't even do the experience justice. Nadia and Phil were very responsive and understanding with things that came up. The home was beautiful clean and even offered other amenities that weren't expected. If I'm back in Maryland this will be my #1 place to stay if it's available!!

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend as a family! We were in town for my little sister’s graduation so the space and location was ideal for us. Ezekiel’s space is as described and very clean. Because everything was so seamless we didn’t interact much but when we did he was polite and accommodating. All in all 10/10 experience. It’s right next to grocery stores and a shopping complex if you need to grab something quickly during you stay. Bonuses: the grill on the deck, the garage for easy offloading and the TVs in every room if you want to have some private/alone downtime. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The place was great! Very clean and comfy for a great price! Chet was a very effective communicator and made sure that I had everything I needed! Would gladly stay here again.

Can’t rate Ernest’s home highly enough, he was so accommodating & place was beautiful with lots of space in a peaceful neighborhood. He has the most amazing front porch swing too. I stayed with my sons basketball team & parents some of the group was very loud, lots of trash with the kids so I apologize for the unexpected rowdy group but thank you so much for hosting us in your 5star home!

Hosts were very helpful and very responsive when I had questions. The place was exactly as described. We were able to walk to our destination easily. The house was very neat and clean.

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Pristinely clean and spacious with everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the modern decor and appreciated the extra thoughtful amenities. A wonderful place to return to after a long day of walking in DC. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
