Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

Explore Amazing Beaches from a Fabulous Glenelg Apartment

The location of this unit is perfect . To just step out the front door and straight onto the white sandy beach is fantastic. My unit has all the modern equipment required for an enjoyable & comfortable stay. I'm available 24/7 for any queries or issues . Amenities for young children can be organised so please contact me as I do have suitable furniture that can be arranged. eg ( cot or single bed and children's toys ) The unit is equipped with a Smart TV , wifi and unlimited Netflix. The unit can be accessed from both entrances off Kent Street. Please be mindful of the neighbours with the noise levels. I'm Available 24/7 for any queries or issues. The apartment is in Glenelg, which is famous for its beaches. It has an abundance of cafes, shops, pubs, and a great children’s playground. It’s an 8-minute walk to the jetty. The Glenelg tram goes directly to Adelaide CBD. Glenelg has plenty of public transport available. The Glenelg Tram can take you directly to Adelaide CBD. It leaves at regular intervals from Moseley Square which is 8mins walk from the unit.The Adelaide Metro buses leave from the stop in Moseley Street at the end of the Street. The Adelaide CBD is approx. 11.5kms away & the Airport is just 9km away. Glenelg, known for it's famous beaches but also has amazing walking and bike paths along the foreshore. If you like a bit of adventure you can ride to the north and explore Henley beach. To the south is Brighton beach which is also well known for its great restaurants and shopping. The Glenelg tram takes you directly to Adelaide CBD. Also you can organize many day trips from glenelg.

Our gorgeous apartment features two huge bedrooms and a sunroom all with queen beds. No cleaning fee! Our two separate bathrooms at either end of the large apartment, offers privacy. Our lounge room is large and comfortable. The kitchen is new. Beach is a 2 min walk. Take a 500m stroll to Jetty Rd where you have access to the tram, shops and cafes. This place is outstanding! Newly renovated, full of character, charming furnishings, 200m from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk to the heart of Glenelg. Looking to getaway and recharge. This central location by the sea, is just the best. Walk 500m to Jetty Rd where you will find the tram, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment. 500m the other way and you're on The Broadway with great pubs, cafes and more shops to explore.

Broadway Beach Stay

This unit is in a complex of less than 10 and located downstairs. It is a very quiet group and area with very little noise filtering down from the upstairs unit. A allocated carport is provided at the rear of the group well off the road. A large vehicle will fit providing you park well and next to the pole to enable unit 4's small car to fit. The unit looks out onto a large grassed lawn area. The unit is well equipped for self catering and the split system aircon in the lounge works quite well. The two beds are a double rather than queen. Extra blankets are provided. The foreshore, cafe and promenade is within minutes of the unit. The location was perfect for our needs.

This place truly is a hidden gem! I’m amazed at how much is packed into such a small space without feeling cramped at all. There are some lovely touches that really enhance the comfort of your stay. I would definitely recommend it for couples or singles visiting Glenelg who want the comforts of home. And I must say, that TV is impressive!

Joe was very helpful and communicated well via Airbnb app. The place we stayed at had everything I needed and even accommodated for my dog with little things that were there like a doggy door, balls for my dog to play with and other finishing touches which made it inviting and easy.
