To say DeAnna’s home is everything you can hope and dream for when searching for a place to stay would be an understatement. We felt so comfortable and welcome here. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 and the kitchen was so convenient for the many meals we made during our stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need, and was also incredibly clean! The artwork throughout the home is stunning and the many thoughtful details left absolutely nothing left to be desired. Thank you DeAnna for the care and attention you put into your home so that our trip was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay here for a few days when we visited Zion! it's about 50 minutes drive to the main entrance to Zion, and only about 10-15 minutes to the Kolob Canyon entrance. very nice place! very spacious and clean, plenty of room for a family with kids and desk areas for working. nice hot tub outside with nice views. not far from Cedar City with a Walmart and shops, etc.

good location for zion. very clean and comfortable. parking goes up a ramp, might not be ideal for low clearance cars, but otherwise fine.

This Airbnb was beautiful and accommodated our group perfectly. We had no issue with the booking, check-in, or any particulars during our stay. Looked just as the photos. Tia was a wonderful host. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we visited St. George/Hurricane.

The house was perfect for our group. We love the pool as it was super hot while we were there. Any questions were answered right away! The house is amazing

Wow, there is so much to say about Stuart Farm. From the breathtaking views all the way down to the most cozy bedding, this place has it all. We enjoyed several peaceful mornings on the side porch watching hummingbirds feed and Jack Rabbits frolic. The outside is very well taken care of with lots of beautiful grape vines and fruit trees to admire, the hot tub may have been our favorite part with its relaxing heat and a beautiful backdrop to gaze at. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for the nine of us to all have our own areas. You’re greeted with a well stocked kitchen - cookware, utensils and spices available. The bedding is amazing - each bed is plush and beautifully adorned with decorative pillows, and each room thoughtfully decorated. We loved Stuart Farm for its peaceful tranquility- if you’re looking to step back and truly soak in relaxation this is the place for you!

We stayed at Tyler’s house with our three kids, ages 10, 14 and 17, and used it as home base while visiting Zion. The location is about 20 minutes to the park, but you save a LOT of money staying a little farther out and you get a clean, well-cared for house. The bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable and every bedroom has a fan, which we loved. There is enough seating in the living room and kitchen for a large family. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Our group of 12 found the home spacious and accommodating for large groups. Plenty of bathrooms and fridge space. Working washer and dryer. Plenty parking. Great central location to visit Zion and Bryce NP.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The location and surroundings are so beautiful, and you will never want to leave this cabin. Lots of games and activities and amazing touches to the cabin that make you feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% book again!

You cannot beat this location. We were able to walk to all of the great local restaurants and other activities we wanted to do in the heart of Kanab. The house has plenty of space & a huge, completely fenced yard for our dogs. Shannon was always responsive & helpful. The house is well stocked with all the appliances and extra blankets you would need. We hope to stay in her place again soon! We highly recommend.

Excellent host with a quality space for the price. You have shared public area outside with other guests so keep that in mind. Shower head was probably a decade old and the kitchen utensils and some cookware well worn. Plenty of thought and care have been put into the place but not quite to the finish line of "perfection." Perfectly clean space however. Construction noises nearby may keep some awake. Parking slightly annoying and if you're a wheelchair user don't even consider this place. It seems like there's 1 available spot for at least 3 sub units that can be rented at any given time. Instructions clear on parking but don't account for other users. Because they could be interpreted to allow for parking on a slightly different close by. There are doors that sound like they are connected to other units of the house which is highly unnerving. When there appears to be a total lack of security preventing others entering your space. Overall would gladly stay again if they'd have me =>

Staying at the sheep camp was a lovely experience! The camp, shower, and toilet were super clean. Jen provided everything we could have wanted it needed during our stay - from cooking utensils to board games. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the quiet, solitude, and natural beauty of the location. It is definitely worth the long drive to get there. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and get off the grid.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. Spacious, clean, and a perfect location. Star was very responsive and easy to reach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cozy cabin, loved being so close to & immersed in Zion! If you’re someone who likes elevated camping this place Is for you! Nostalgic summer camp cabin. Charming ruggedness.

This was one of our favorite trips as a family and this is largely in part because of this refuge of a cabin. We loved the quiet of this place-its remoteness and solitude-especially after long days full of crowds at Zion. We rented a golf cart to get to and from the resort and our girls loved this mode of travel. The nearby trails were picturesque and easily accessible. We also rode horses as a family and really enjoyed the scenery atop well mannered horses with wonderful guides. Renting e bikes to travel to hiking trails is the way to go in Zion. We hope to be back!

My sisters and I took our beautiful 81 year old Mother on a fun little trip. We had the best time! This home was very beautiful and welcoming. Next time we get together we will find time to use the swimming pool. We will be back!

Excellent rental! It was a quick drive to Zion, had a few local restaurants that were walkable, and a hot tub! Great host, and gorgeous home. Would highly recommend!

Great location for those interested in exploring the area. Very clean ranch and friendly hosts. The pool is a great addition and after a day of hiking it’s nice to relax there

We were so happy with our choice of locations while visiting Zion. Virgin UT is close to the park but far enough out to allow for very little congestion. The house is situated on a very quiet street with views to take your breath away. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor grill and appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival. Our family would definitely recommend this house and its friendly owner, Carol.

Great home and responsive host. Plenty of pool toys and entertainment options in the game room. Location is a major plus, ~1 mile from confluence park (easily walkable), quiet peaceful neighborhood, safe for young kids to bike in. Would love to stay again.
