We are within 5-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants and conveniently located only 25 minutes from Zion National park and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National park.

Hummer Hill Vacation Rental

Lovingly built for our family. Proudly shared with yours. Hummer Hill has a long history of hosting guests. When Glendale was first established, this lot was designated as a temporary home for visitors, emigrants and travelers. And while I'm not a native to this area, I was able to purchase the lot to build my family home. The home was remodeled in 2018 when I began hosting. The house is warm, bright and inviting and stocked for your needs. Beautiful views surround us here.

The home has been restored to have the modern amenities but many of the original classic features of the home have remained. Enjoy a private hot tub all to your self.

The Cottage by Zion

Built from my horses hay shed and transformed into a unique piece of art! My mothers taste and uniqueness and my dads labor is nothing but impressive. You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

Little Rock House

The Little Rock house is 950 SQ FT house equipped with 1 Bedroom containing a King size bed, flat screen smart TV, a bathroom with tile shower, sink and toilet. It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining

Modern 1 BDR Log Apartment

Alton Lodge Apartment East #1. This beautiful Apartment is one of two located at the Alton Lodge on 20 acres. After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. the family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.

Dragonfly Ranch: The White Cottage

Take a step back into a more simple time with this peaceful rustic retreat next to a gurgling stream. Sit on the porch swing and listen to the birds sing or watch the horses graze in the pastures. Stroll down the sandy riverbank and cool off during the day. In the evening enjoy the star filled sky you can only see in the country. Many national or state parks nearby for day trips and hiking adventures.
