Very peaceful and quiet location. House was quaint and warmed up quickly once heating and fire were lit. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Tv unfortunately wasn’t working for our stay and the house would generally benefit from having WiFi installed. Anthony was a very nice host and proactive. This was a great Airbnb but could have been excellent with a few tweaks. We would stay again - thanks Anthony!

We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. Alison had all the items needed for our stay and then some! We were quite comfy. Alison’s description about the shower is very accurate, it wasn’t an issue for us at all, enough hot water for our needs. Alison was quite lovely and gave us all kinds of recommendations. The town of Oughterard is really nice and the best sandwiches ever are at Sullivans. I really liked the coffee shop in the book store also.

We would like to give 6 out of 5 stars. Linda is an emphatic host and helps with everything you need, incl. Tips for the area. You feel welcome and feel at home. The accommodation and interior are functionally thought out (including a great shower!) and we felt as comfortable as we could wish. Thank you Linda, it was wonderful and it was a pity that it was only two nights that we could spend with you. We can highly recommend both the host and the accommodation.

Andrew and Rachel were such lovely hosts. It was the best BnB we have been to till date. Very spacious and with all amenities one can wish for which includes even an air fryer. The place was so clean. The price was so reasonable and to top it off extremely beautiful views and surroundings. Got to meet their 2 beautiful dogs Tilly and Wilson. I would definitely love to stay at Andrew’s and Rachel’s again if we visit Mayo again.
