It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated and heated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm next to our wildflower meadow. It has its own private hot tub and outside patio area, and shared access to an outdoor sauna.

There is a bus (and horse tram) stop directly outside the front door and the centre of town a 10 minute walk away. Fully equipped with wi-fi and usual appliances. Free allocated parking for ONE vehicle (car or small van only) is available directly outside the property.

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.
