A very quiet and peaceful location, handy for us as not far from our grandchildren whom we had come to visit.

Great location, a good selection of places to eat and drink right on the door step. Lovely property. Well appointed and thought out. The bedrooms are spacious. The bathroom perfectly sized. The kitchen is compact but big enough to whip up simple meals. If you're looking for a top notch place to stay in the Roundhay area add this place to your list!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space, the flat was ideal for us and very well described in the listing. It is in a peaceful area in north Leeds, and suited us well as we could walk to meet our family. Patrick was a very responsive host, who communicated well, and left clear instructions in the flat. The space is clutter free and modern, and it was nice to have supplies in the fridge.
