The house is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, just outside Rathmullan, recently named by the Guardian as one of Ireland’s ten most charming villages. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cottage is situated half way between the towns of Buncrana and Clonmany in a beautiful rural location but with a few neighbours nearby. Dunree Fort, Mamore Gap and various stunning beaches are all within a ten minute drive from the property. There are plenty of routes for scenic walks and hikes on the doorstep. If the weather is not favourable, there is a stock of wood and turf that can be used in the beautiful wood burning stove.

We had cancelation for Rally weekend so cottage now free, we welcome Donegal spectator. Can give tips on back road access to Mamore Gap and Coolcross stages so just ask. Recent refurbed cottage to a very modern high standard. Rural setting but central to all of Inishowen. Modern interior: WiFi, Smart TV, Sky,Advance Central Heating, Super King master bedroom with en-suite, electric blankets, fully equipped new kitchen, etc.

Biddy’s Cottage

Beautiful cottage on the Wild Atlantic Way, on the outskirts of Buncrana overlooking Lough Swilly. Consisting of 2 bedrooms with double beds and one cool loft room for kids with 2 single beds. Large kitchen/ living room opening out on to the decking and bbq area. Less than 1km walk to local beach and local pub and shop. Two miles to Dunree fort. Excellent location to discover what Inishowen has to offer.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

Mary Carpenter's Cottage is a beautifully restored original thatched cottage located in Clonmany Co. Donegal. This house is over 150 years old and has been tastefully renovated to include its beautiful original features alongside modern conveniences. The house has recently been featured in a documentary on vernacular houses in Co. Donegal.
