From the balcony you have a clear view of the sea and the entrance to Br.sund, where you can see the Hurtigruten pass. Here you can enjoy the evening sun, beautiful sunsets and - on clear autumn and winter evenings - see the northern lights dance across the horizon. A heating blanket makes it possible to sit outside all year round.

The house is on stilts, has a private terrace and a long common jetty with the few houses around. Excellent starting point for boating, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, SUP, cycling and hiking trails. On the jetty you can enjoy quiet evenings with amazing sunsets.

Newly renovated cottage located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cabin is completely secluded with beautiful views and sun from early in the morning until 10 pm in the evening. It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.
