An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The house is surrounded by farms, which makes it incredibly quiet and peaceful — the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. The views are simply breathtaking, like something out of a postcard. The house itself is authentic, very cozy, and spotlessly clean. You can feel that every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. We had a truly relaxing time and left feeling completely recharged. Would love to come back again!

Beautiful and modern furnished detached house in an established residential area. Stayed there for 3 nights and felt like home. Extra nice with the cat that lived there. Recommended!

A particularly spacious cottage with every comfort, a breathtaking environment and a particularly welcoming host. We stayed with our family with four almost two weeks in the house of Rune and Gry and we have not been bored for a moment. You can take fantastic walks on the island alone, in Jørpeland there are plenty of shops and restaurants and Rune can also always give custom suggestions. We felt particularly welcome and have an unforgettable holiday behind us. Absolutely recommended!

We spend a week at Liv’s place and absolutely loved it. The location is nice and quiet, with great views from the house and the deck. The house itself is roomy with a well-equipped kitchen and all the facilities you may need. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a very nice new building district just outside the city. It has a high standard of fittings, even with a fully automatic coffee machine. A rarity in Norway! Right by the sea. From the garage with charging facilities, you can take the lift directly to the apartment. Great terrace. You can get to the city centre in 15 minutes by bus.

We had a great stay 😍 Ingvild and her husband were very welcoming, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation was as described, well appointed and clean. We had everything we could need for a great stay. The little attention to breakfast was lovely, it was very good, thank you very much! We recommend this accommodation which is in a peaceful setting with a lot of nature around.

We really enjoyed our stay with Anders and Torhild. The apartment is fully equipped, looks beautiful and has a beautiful location. Close to a bay where you can swim, paddle board, hike and sail. Anders and Torhild were very friendly. Really a place to go back to again. And then for a longer period.

Lise’s place exceeded our expectations. In the listing she notes that the upstairs is not yet fully renovated. That is true but it is mostly minor cosmetic things. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. Everything but the beds is downstairs on the ground floor. The downstairs which has mostly been renovated is spacious and very comfortable. Having the ability to store our bike in the garage was a nice plus. The area around the house is breathtakingly beautiful. Don’t miss the walk to and through The Fairytale Forest (Eventyrskogen) - a truly unique Norwegian experience.

Great house in a lovely area, lots to do for adults and children. Perfect for families with children with animals. A little close to the railway line, but quickly got used to it. Really nice host who responded quickly.

we had a long weekend here and it was great. with the garden, cosy livingroom and with boat trips it was a great experience.

Initially, upon arrival, it smelled a bit musty/ damp. The property may not have been used for a longer period of time. After a little ventilation, the smell was gone and we had a wonderful stay. Nice view over the water. Great beds and a wonderful shower. Beautiful, quiet environment for visiting the Preikestolen (1 hour drive). Beautiful (somewhat challenging) walk starts close to home. Fast and fine communication with the host who was also flexible with check out. Thanks Inger Elise for the nice communication and the attention at the welcome.

The stay at John's house was great. I was there with my family and we enjoyed the big house in nature. John and his wife are very friendly and kind. They even brought us fresh fruits from their garden. :)
