The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

A spacious, two-level apartment (67 sq m) located in a restored building of the historic, former railway station Ublik, in the heart of the so-called "Aryse Switzerland" in Masuria. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and a terrace) are intended for Guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate fire pit, a wooden playground with a sandpit and trampoline, and a hammock and sun loungers for rest.
