Sasek Wielki is the biggest lake in the area of Szczytno town. It’s average depth is 8,1 m while in the deepest point it goes down to 38m. It’s length is 12,45 km. There are two islands on the lake. On the lake itself and on its shores silence zone eis compulsory. Sasek Wielki is a whitefish one, you’ll find there breams, roaches, pikes and perches mostly. Surrounding forest is a homeplace for variety of animals. You’ll be able to face herds of deers and roes. On the lake and its shores there are plenty of birds, in the evenings cranes are easy to hear nearby. While sitting in the house, you may play board games – you’ll find a full stock of them in the living room. Home library, also with some items in English, is waiting for next bookworms. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One is double, 180 cm wide bed, with ability to easily add third standard single bed. Second one is also double, 180 cm wide bed, with easily added third bed which is a travel one. Third bedroom is a small single one. For those who are tempted to spend time in bigger group, we use downstairs sofas that are converted into two comfortable double beds, which is a possibility for another 4 people to sleep. You can also spend the night in the hammock or in the tent in the garden, everything is up to you! Despite three upstairs bedrooms, downstairs you’ll find a kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom and a hall. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as two-door fridge, coffee machine, stove, oven, microvawe oven, dishwasher and some smaller items like toaster, mixer and blender. You’ll find yourselves comfortable when preparing meals for a large group of people who may taste it sitting next to an old oak round table easily converted into oval one if needed. During cooler days you’ll warm yourselves next to the fireplace lying down on livigroom sofas. The bathroom is equipped with a powerful hair dryer – no need to bring your own. In spite of a hair dryer, there is a clothes drying rack, ironing board and an iron – items for big days. A canoe and a rowing boat are moored at the 20m away pier or placed in the garden – depending on the time of the year and weather. Even if they are in the garden and you feel like rowing with snow on your face, you’re free to take the watercraft to the lake :-) We absolutely love animals and invite you together with them. For those who use kennel cage on daily basis we offer ours. It is really big and firm. The area is fenced, so it’s safe for your two or more legged potential runaways. Besides the house, in the area there is a swing – that’s for those who don’t suffer from motion sickness ;-) Behind the swing you’ll find a shed being a dumpster and woodshed at the same time. You take wood for the fireplace from there and place sorted garbege inside when the under-sink space is not enough :-) Tap water is not potable, however taking showers, brushing your teeth and washing anything using our own well water flowing from the taps is safe for your health and life. We provide a stock of pots of potable water. In spite of the fireplace, that is 100% enough for heating the house, you may use electronically controlled japanese oil furnaces. It is possible to set temperature and the furnaces will do everything at their best to keep you warm at all times. We provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and swower gel. Cosmetics are in reusable glass packagings, we do as much as possible not to pollute the environment. For your comfort and safety bed linen and towels are washed in high temperatures. Before your visit the house is being ozonated. Mobile network coverage is very good, WiFi is OK. You may watch some series on Netflix or work on-line. The closest village is 1km away, you may walk there along the lake shore. The shops and markets are found in Szczytno – town 10 km away. To the centre of Warsaw there are 180 km. Olsztyn-Mazury airport – 20 km. Since the house is located in the forest, the last 2 km yo’ll have to travel through a gravel and forest road that is usually hard enough for a regular car. If it wasn’t we may transport you. At your visit a small surprise will be waiting for you. Hopefully you’ll find it nice :-) We do our best to make you feel comfortable at our place, however, you should be aware it’s not a 5-star hotel and you’ll braing back home a scent of a fireplace and a forest house in your clothes 

Family Lake House

A house on the lake with its own shoreline and jetty. In the garden (3000 m²) there is a barbecue with a smokehouse, a fireplace overlooking the water, hammocks, sun loungers. For children, there are plenty of toys, a ping-pong table, a piano, a guitar, books, and a Wii. Water bike and boat included. Located in a completely fenced, intimate area - quiet, peaceful, full privacy. In addition, a paid hot tub overlooking the lake – perfect for relaxing under the stars. The 200 m² house is comfortable, family-friendly and full of attractions.

Comfortable house "Pod Sail" on Lake Tajty

The house is located on Lake Tajta (on the trail of the Great Masurian Lakes) in Wilkasy-Zalesa, 4 kilometers from Giżycko, which is called the sailing capital of Masuria. The house is located in a forest, 50 meters from the communal beach and the harbor. We offer a nice, quiet and pleasant way to spend your free time in a comfortable and fully equipped residence of 600 m² (living about 100 m²) with a large garden, year-round Jacuzzi, sun terrace, garden furniture and hammock, barbecue and parking.

It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)
