At the heart of the Châlons coast, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and unusual stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bicycle and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (table tennis, foosball and billiards).

You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

Close to the villages of Givry and Mercurey, 10 min from Chalon, 20 min from Beaune, 15 min from the A6 motorway and 25 min from the TGV train station. Located in our property but independent of our accommodation with private and secure courtyard to park your vehicle. This pretty cozy nest is ideal for a short break on the way to vacation or for a getaway, discovering the area and beautiful walks in the heart of the vineyards. Located 300 m from a bakery.

Gîte "Le Polochon"

Yoan and Eve welcome you to their cottage "Le Polochon", rated 3 stars of furnished tourism, located in a small quiet village with amenities (bakery, bar, tobacco, pharmacy, post office, etc.). Ideally located to enjoy Burgundy. There is no shortage of events with "Chalon dans la rue", "Montgolfiades", "carnival"; "la Paulée"... and visit the wine cellars. We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
