Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Giv'atayim

I rented this unit for a month because my daughter living in Israel got married. The apartment became and will always be heart of our experience. Our In-laws also rented a unit in the building and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us to be able to get to know each other and share meals together. The views from the balcony are majestic I have a month full of both sunrise and sunset pictures. The apartment is very spacious and functional. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook and i did a lot of cooking. Cameron the unit manager was the best, anything I reached out to him for he responded literally immediately and was just so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The building itself and the amenities are great we all made a lot of use of pool, saunas and gym. Really really nice. The area is amazing being so close to Levinski market and Florentine, my adult children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and enjoying everything around. I hope to stay here again in the future.

The place is exactly as described, clean, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to lively Ben Gurion boulevard and the beach but still peaceful and quiet. It‘s also close to Shufersal supermarket which is a plus. Cameron is a great host, very responsive, if you have any questions he is just a message away and is always available. Highly recommended.

La casa de Almog está en un barrio tranquilo y en los alrededores hay varios supermercados y diferentes negocios. También hay varias confiterias y lugares para comer. Esta cerca de diferentes paradas de colectivo para ir a visitar distintos lugares. Estuve una estancia larga y nos sentimos muy cómodos. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que se necesita para cocinar. Almog siempre respondió enseguida a mis consultas.

The studio is clean and comfortable. Freshly renovated. It is in a great neighbourhood. Netanel is a wonderful host and always reachable for all questions/needs! 👌🏻😊❤️

התארחנו אצל בועז למשך 2 לילות. היתה קצת בעיה למצוא חניה אבל המארח ממש עזר לנו והצלחנו לבסוף למצוא. הדירה קטנה וחמימה , יש בה הכל ולמרות שנמצאת במיקום מרכזי הדירה מאוד שקטה , לא שומעים את הרחוב כלל. המיטה מאוד נוחה והיה לנו מאוד נעים לשהות בה . נשמח לבוא להתארח שוב 😊

The apartment is located next to Tel Aviv HaHagana train station, making it very easy to reach by public transportation. It is some 45 minutes walk from Tel Aviv and Jaffa centers, but again the public transportation is very accessible. The balcony is huge and the outlook is good. Some things in the apartment require fixing, and others getting used to. The lamp for the entrance stairs can be switched on or off from one location only, but does not switch off on timer (meaning that you keep it on when you are away); Eli promised to fix this. Only one hob out of four on the cooker is functional. The washing machine is located on the balcony and should be connected via an extension cord every time you need to use it. Overall, the apartment is great, well-located and offers an amazing value for money.

הרגשתי חוויה מושלמת, הכי טובה שהייתה לי בחיים. מקום מהמם ששווה כל שקל, הייתי בהתרגשות מלאה לגור בדירה כמו כמו נסיכה. דירה במיקום מנצח, קרובה לכל מקום בילוי עם הרבה חנויות מסביב ותחבורה ציבורית מאוד נוחה, יש 3 קניונים בקרבה לדירה. לא היה חסר כלום בדירה, ובעל הדירה תמיד ענה מייד לכל שאלה ודאג מאוד:) נוף הכי מטורף שראיתי בחיי, ומרפסת ענקית כמו עוד דירה שלמה🤗

Amazing Home Perfect for Family Getaways! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! The charming patio, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area was ideal for our family. The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. This is the perfect spot for families with kids—plenty of space, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🏡💙

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

בית יפהפה ובמיקום מושלם - דקה ממסעדות, חנויות יפות מכל הסוגים ומספר דקות מהחוף, ויש בו חניה! הוא מלא בחלונות גדולים ומואר ויחד עם זאת שומר על תחושת פרטיות. יש בו הרבה מאד חללים שונים שמאפשרים גם התבודדות וגם אפשרות להתכנסות. הוא נקי ומאובזר באופן מיטבי. עשינו קניות בשוק עם משלוח שהגיע תוך דקות לבית. שקד היה מסביר פנים וסופר זמין. מתאים בנוחות לששה ובאפן מאולץ יותר לשבעה או שמונה.

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

Our staying in Lea 's house has been very nice. Everything were absolutely perfect. In 4 days we have just spend all time in the house end enjoy any moment. Lea is absolutely perfect as an host.

Rita is a wonderful host, and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requirements. The Spanish style house is lovely and comfortable, and very spacious, easily accommodating our party of four adults, two children and a toddler. Everything was in great working order from the air-conditioning to the WiFi - absolutely everything worked perfectly. The house is located on four levels, not too many steps inside the property, but a fair number to get onto the ground floor. The swimming pool is large and was very clean, and the children especially loved this. The area around the pool is also very nice and spacious. The house is walkable to the beach, and various restaurants.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

Nuestro viaje a Israel fue con el propósito de visitar a nuestra hija, el departamento está a distancia a pie de su casa, por lo que nos resulto muy cómodo. Cerca del departamento está el centro neurálgico de Ramat Gan, a dos minutos de caminata, uno encuentra transporte publico, bares, restaurantes, locales para hacer las compras de alimentos (no solamente supermercados), bancos, casas de cambio, y una gran variedad de locales comerciales. El entorno del barrio nos pareció muy tranquilo y amigable. El departamento en sí tiene dos habitaciones y una sala, todas con aire acondicionado, el lavadero (de gran utilidad en estadías largas como la nuestra), cocina bien equipada y baño. Recibimos el departamento en excelentes condiciones, arreglado y limpio.

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.
