Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, toilet with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

Beautiful attic penthouse in the heart of downtown, the large beams at and the view of the castles create a magical atmosphere.
