This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. In total independence, you will have a parking and a (large) piece of wooded garden [2000m²]. The views of the Garonne and the surrounding area are incredible. The vineyards of the property are carried out in organic farming.
