Detached house located in the South Charente near Aubeterre Sur Dronne, a tourist village, close to the Dordogne. Crossed by the river "La Dronne" the place is very pleasant and wooded. The accommodation is quiet and functional. It consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside, a terrace and the unfenced lawn await you to relax on deckchairs. Garden furniture and an electric barbecue are at your disposal.

We welcome you in a charming new bungalow of 40 m2 with a terrace located in a totally redone area of the campsite Les Viviers taken over in 2019 by Siblu.
