Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Girdwood, Anchorage

Home away from home. Jan was so nice to greet us late at night. The place is as described. Very comfortable and clean. The place is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend Jan’s place.

Everything was great and great location for visiting Anchorage. Nice and spacious for two people. Very close to downtown and walkable very easy to get to everything we needed to do or see. When I come back, this will definitely be my first choice, and I will recommend it to my friends and clients as well.

The apartment is close to the airport, so it ideal if you arrive late. The surroundings is quiet, good place to relax. Easy to find and check in. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable. Overall we were really satisfied with Joel and Jennys cozy apartment. Thank you.

Loved the place, super well maintained and hassle free stay all around, I’d choose Cupples Cottages any day. There was one thing missing after renovations so I texted Robert about it and they went out of their way to do it right for me. Great place, great host. Highly recommend!

Perfect little spot for 2 people! A small space that is extremely well organized and doesn’t feel cramped. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb. We got breakfast and the place forgot our cream cheese, so Chad was so kind to bring us up some butter. Very responsive host, great space. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This location, Airbnb and host were all AMAZING The house was a dream, had everything we needed and had beautiful scenery. We got married on 05/25/25 and the house was perfect to get ready in, fun to relax in and my group of friends all felt the same. Definitely will be back!

This was a GREAT spot to stay in Anchorage. Liz was very responsive, and location was walkable to some yummy local spots. The airbnb was very clean and comfortable--the accomnodations more than met our needs! We wished we were staying a few more days in Anchorage. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this place, would absolutely stay again. It was so cozy, had all the amenities we could need, and loved all the special little extras it had to offer. I couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was either. Thank you for letting us stay and being a great host!

Kate's place was a described. it was perfect for our small family and felt so much like home! the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could ask for and more! The only thing I wish the place had was room darkening blinds or curtains. the one's in there didn't keep the light out as much as we'd wanted them to.

We had an amazing stay at Holly's place! We loved the personalized message and treats we found upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook a meal. We used the provided grill to make hamburgers one night, and our teenage boys enjoyed the hot tub. The home is located only minutes from Aleyeska Ski Resort, so you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Girdwood is a great place to stay if you want to be able to drive to Seward for the day and explore the area (great hikes!) or drive over to Anchorage (about 40-45 minutes). Both are beautiful drives!

What an amazing place! We absolutely loved the location. Our own perfect retreat! You can’t go wrong renting from these wonderful hosts at this beautiful house. We stayed at Hemlock House a week as a family of 5 adults. Joe and Brook thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and provide things we didn’t even think we would need. We like to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only times we ate out were before we checked in and after we checked out. The location is wonderful for hiking, doing day trip excursions in Seward and Whittier, and the view is amazing. They responded to questions during our stay very quickly and thoughtfully. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a quiet AirBnb. Nelia has made her AirBnb very welcoming, with extra treats (snacks, coffee, water and even sparking apple cider) and lots of great guides and magazines about Alaska. The place is very clean. It feels like going to your aunt's house, and your aunt is giving you lots of treats. I think the place is a little dated (as seen in the photos) and there is no AC, but everything is very well-maintained and clean.

A perfect spot for a ski vacation over the holidays:) Beautiful place.

Aaron’s place is cozy, clean and central located to the high life of Girdwood. Within walking distance to great restaurants, night life/music, town shuttle, bike path, bake shop, ski lift and more. He has every amenity I could need and I loved the full kitchen for cooking. From the deck, sit and watch the sun go down. His place was easy to gain access and park. He responses quickly and is super friendly. I would highly recommend his place and I would stay there again!

Everything was exactly as what we expected. The location was perfect and having a washer/dryer was great so we didn't have to over pack. The 4 of us were very comfortable especially in those super comfortable king sized beds. A huge plus was that we never ran out of hot water even when we all showered back to back. The water pressure wasn't great but other than that everything was perfect.

Cozy spot right at the base of Alyeska! This is the perfect place for a ski vacation or as a launching point for any other adventures in the Chugach Mountains. Good value for the money and a nice kitchen for cooking in.

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

Shane’s place is amazing! Great bed, cool fireplace! The location is quiet and it’s walkable to nearby establishments.

Great place to stay, peaceful, always clean and tidy. AI especially enjoy having use of a garage. Brad iss a great host, lways very responsive.
