A maisonette located in the heart of a quiet village in the Bourbonnais region: 17 rue de la Bascule, 03240 Deux-Chaises Cosy and warm, it will welcome you in all simplicity via a street that only serves the houses. Although it has no land, it does benefit from a prime location less than 50 metres from the communal fishing pond and the services of the neighbouring campsite (e.g. waste disposal for motorhomes). Triplex layout (stairs!), toilet on the landing, bedroom on the 1st floor with shower and washbasin, open staircase / access to the 2nd floor

A second small roof terrace is located on the kitchen side. Access to the outdoor pool (June 15 to September 15) and inflatable hot tub – Available year-round upon prior request, with an additional charge of €30 for the duration of the stay.
