Monthly Rentals in Ginostra

An interesting place to stay! Gianluca is a good host - he explained all to us on arrival. He has lived most of his life on the island, I think, and runs a small shop near to the accomodation. It has quite a selection of drinks, so no need to bring your own. Also books about the island, one (possibly more) which he wrote. I only got it towards the end of our stay and wished we had bought it earlier. Altogether a geat stay.

A magnificent oasis of peace overlooking the sea and Stromboli. The house is beautiful, you would never go out to enjoy it as much as you can. It is equipped with every comfort, it is very clean and tidy. The location is also great, just a short walk to the main square of the island. Lastly, not least: I arrived on the island at dawn after an entire night of sailing and Renato, the landlord, was flexible on check-in time allowing me to check in earlier than expected. I really appreciated it because I needed to rest, and being in the house to watch the sunrise was one of the best experiences of my life. I will never forget it. Thanks! Hope to be back soon.

A timeless, poetic, sublime place. You have to be aware that it's rustic but it didn't bother us, on the contrary. Recommended for the view, the calm, the simple and so nicely restored house, the outdoor shower, and the magic of Stromboli.
