My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had a great stay at "La Torre". We were personally welcomed by Alessandra and her partner and everything was shown to us. The amenities are great, we didn't miss anything. Even with the baby, we had enough space for everything. The location is great and the pool in the garden was a welcome refreshment at 32 degrees. Unfortunately, we had very loud neighbours (once many small children, who were loud until very late and partly lit fireworks at night and on the other side 2 dogs, who barked a lot (of course also due to the fireworks)). Unfortunately, the hosts have no influence over this. One thing we were not so aware of before is the open bathroom, which is virtually in the bedroom and only has a half-height wall as a privacy screen. So, you don't have any privacy even in the toilet. There is only a light sliding door to the living room/kitchen. It was still a great stay and we would come back anytime!

We loved everything about our stay. Garry was truly an amazing host. He was super helpful and all his recommendations were absolutely on point. The place was so calming and quiet while all of Tuscany’s main attractions (Pisa, Florence, Arezzo etc. were never more than an hour drive away. We will definitely be coming back

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. We feel privileged to have met you and we will return on our next trip to Italy. You are an amazing person and host. Love Steve & Vicki

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

This place truly stole our hearts — hands down the highlight of our 3-week Italy trip. The hot tub was always perfectly warm, the surroundings were peaceful, and Alessandro was an incredible host, from helping us settle in to surprising us with house wine. Next time we’re in Tuscany, we’re booking this place again without a second thought. The view? 12/10. The host? 20/10

We had a wonderful time. Truly felt like we were under the Tuscan sun. The views from all of our bedrooms were breathtaking. Patrizia was so lovely, so attentive, so thoughtful - made reservations for us at a few local restaurants, where of course, the food was amazing. Patrizia responded to our texts quickly and was so helpful across the board! The location is off the beaten path, but close to some smaller towns and only about 25 minutes into the heart of Florence. You will need a car to get to and from anywhere. It was easy enough to take day trips, driving to so many wonderful towns to visit for the day, parking at one of the parking lots in each town, enjoying the day and returning 'home' to relax.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

The accommodation is very well presented, beautifully located in the Rural Tuscan landscape amongst nature yet only a short commute to Florence. Facilities are ideal. AC, One double bedroom with en-suite a second large bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor dining area. We love our coffee and the kitchen came equipped with a wonderful coffee machine that uses tea-bag like pods (few supplied) that makes extraordinary espresso. ❤️ Outside the terrace has wonderful views over a Tuscan valley. The pool is ideal and salt water which we love. Perfect for outdoor living too. To get to Florence is a breeze. Driving just 10 minutes to Lastra a Signa train station (loads of free parking); then a couple of Euros and two stops on the train later you emerge in the heart of Florence, a short walk away from the city attractions. My stay at Andrea's place was absolutely excellent. The apartment was extremely clean and well-organized, which made it very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The host was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely choose it again on my next visit. Thank you for such a great experience!

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

We were a family of six and the property fit us perfectly. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. The washer and dryer came in handy at the end of a 14 day trip. We walked everywhere no taxis were needed. Many good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with host always had a quick response.
