Monthly Rentals in Gines

The accommodation is just as the host describes it. It's been an incredible few days and I've felt right at home. It also allows pets, so I was able to enjoy my dog, since it has green areas that I accessed with her and parks very close by. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended. We were also able to use the jacuzzi in the private area, which was great. Mariló was charming and always available for any questions that arose.

María José was available at all times. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, it did not lack a detail. The ideal location and the area is very quiet. Let's repeat for sure!

Weekly stay in this charming home in a beautiful environment. The pool was appreciated in the late afternoon, with temperatures reaching 30 degrees. Very good responsiveness to our questions. Very kind of the host who did not hesitate to come and give us information, addresses, to eat, etc... Too bad we weren't alone. At the time of booking, I didn't understand that there was a place underneath and that it was also rented. Unlucky, we had 1 very very noisy family, and the acoustic was not at its best. We could hear people talking even late at night, the child crying, not very nice. This is not the owner's fault, but when I reread the listing, I think it should be clear that there may be other guests. Nonetheless, this rental is to be recommended if you are looking for a pied à terre in a beautiful place.
