Melvin is an excellent responsive host and his place is close to the shops and supermarkets. The animals in the ark are very quiet.

We loved the space so much. The little personal details like the host receiving us and caring our bags to the rooms made it such a memorable place. It’s tastefully decorated and cosy. Loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds and the reading nooks. The chef was also very professional and we enjoyed the food. Definitely coming back.

I had a great experience staying at Mattias' place. His place was accurately depicted in the photos and my expectations were definitely exceeded when I arrived. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies, linens, and other house supplies and amenities that made for a comfortable stay. It was also very safe, with security at the gated entrance and even a security camera at the entrance of the 8th floor penthouse. Furthermore, Mattias and his team were incredibly welcoming and constantly reached out to me to make sure that I had everything I needed. I look forward to returning soon. 5 stars!
