Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. Conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from seoul station exit 12 (with lift for your luggage), convenient store just around the corner. Vry quiet neighbourhood, we had a great rest. We stayed for 3 nights, able to wash n dry our cloth which is a added bonus. Highly recommended

Since it is a wooden building, there is a part where the kitchen floor is a little sagging, but it is natural aging, and it is a house designed for families who dreamed of a happy life with their children. It's still a good space that's well-maintained in detail.

I stayed at Do’s place with two friends for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The flat is beautifully decorated and welcoming; we enjoyed the view from the terrace during sunset and the peaceful surroundings. Right next to the flat there’s a lovely breakfast place called Sunday Arvo where we went almost every day. The location is great, walking distance to the bustling Itaewon and Hannam area where Leeum museum and a lot of cute shops and cafes are. We used the bus or Uber to get to other areas of the city. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Luyi’s apartment. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to both the 9 and 2 subway lines as well as the COEX mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. Both rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, including the sofas, were also very comfortable as well. Luyi was also a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. He checked in on us frequently and was always very fast to respond to any requests or questions we had. We also accidentally left a package behind and he graciously helped ship the package to us back in the States. We enthusiastically recommend Luyi’s place for anyone staying in Seoul and have already recommended it our friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect and very close to the subway station (Line 4) and convenience stores, making it easy to get around. The place offers great privacy and top-notch facilities. The host is super approachable and responds quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!

Amazing apartment, we stayed for one week and loved it. The location is amazing, it's walkable to two subway stations on two lines for easy access to the city. Woojin was a helpful and responsive host, thanks to him we had no issues with our holiday and he was proactive to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. 10/10 would stay here again if we're back in Seoul.

It was perfect. Everything was neat and tidy and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Great location and had everything you needed and then some.

My family of 7 enjoyed our stay in Heanu’s home! Our host went out of their way to check on us to make sure everything was going well. The home was clean and pictured as expected. We were comfy, and we had everything we needed. Like what other reviewers mentioned, there is a steep hill to get to the home, but you can take a detour on the next street for a slightly less steep hill!

Jaekwang and his wife Hyeran was very gracious host. Very spacious accommodations with everything you. Plenty of great places for coffee and good food. The train station was a bit far. However there are a lot of buses in the area. My sister and I took the bus to Ewha Womans University. I would definately recommend this property to others.

I had an amazing stay at Yujin’s Airbnb! The place was spotless and cozy, and she thoughtfully provided essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower supplies—which was such a nice touch. The location is fantastic, with plenty to do in the area and excellent public transport options that made getting around super easy. It’s also really convenient if you have a flight from Gimpo Airport—just a short trip away. There are several convenience stores, cafés, and even a pharmacy nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It was a very nice place, so I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!It was friendly and very good.Here's what you need to know about your stay. Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. The host will give you recommendations for nearby shops and send me a message how to use the room.They returned my questions right away and prepared what I asked for right away.Thank you for your kindness, polite, and quick to respond.

The location is very close to Hongdae, although there is no elevator, but you just need to walk a few steps. The bathroom is a little small, but the room is big with the living room Because it is right next to the street, someone talking loudly in the morning at night will hear it directly and may need to wear ear plugs that are sensitive to sound. Anything else will be fine

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Jiwon was a super host. The apartment was clean and quiet. Great location and so close to some great streets and cafes. Jiwon was really helpful and very responsive.

Great place to stay! Gyongok was extremely helpful and suggested a few recommendations for restaurants, all of which were great! Would stay with her again when we’re in Seoul!

Very nice location with lots of walkable restaurants! Large fridge and nice bathroom, but it felt much smaller than the pictures. One of the rooms was so small and without an AC unit that we ended up not even using it. The apartment was also located up two flights of stairs which made it hard when transporting luggage. Owner was very nice and communicative and even let us stay a couple hours past check out. :)

So I was looking for a place for theast 3 days in seoul and i wanted to book a home which would give me great views of Seoul. I immediately fell in love with Namsan Balcony, as it provided me a view of Naksan Wall and Namsan tower too. Initially, we found it diffcult to find the place but it was good and clean inside. Unfortunately, the rain played spoil sport and we couldn't njoy the view that I wanted but it has nothing to do with Clement's place. It was super comfortable and cozy, big shout out to the host, very responsive and helpful. The stay at the airbnb was worth it. It's a simple and small abode which will make you feel like you have stepped into a cozy home. Home away from home, is how I would describe it

I stayed here for 6 nights with 3 other friends. It was neat to stay at a place that was built in the same style and era of many of the historic landmarks you visit at Seoul. Mr Chul has done a great job of striking a balance between preserving the historic feel but providing modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is very walkable and easy to get to different neighborhoods via public transit. The rooms were simple and minimalist, you sleep on a mat on the floor, so be prepared for that, but they were comfortable enough for me. The rooms do have AC and bathrooms are modern with strong water pressure, modern fixtures, etc... Mr Chul greeted us when we arrived and gave us a great intro to the area, he even walked is to the cafe we were meeting some friends at, he really goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. I totally recommend staying here!

It's very convenient to stay here, it's a 10-minute walk.It's very quiet at night, and there are a lot of food and drink around. The landlord and housekeeper are very friendly and came to pick us up at the bus station. The😊 housekeeper's puppy is also very cute. Next time I see con, I will consider this place.
