Holiday rentals with a patio in Giez

Thank you Sebastien for this excellent quiet stay with an excellent accommodation that sunshine a plus with the closed courtyard and terrace anyway everything was there to spend a week of rest and lots of activities around we will come back it's on and thank you to Carla for her warm welcome see you soon Séverine and Franck

Super well-equipped home in a stunning location. Both we and our children loved it - particularly the 2 (nearly 3) year old, who had a fabulous time with the indoor and outdoor toys. The chiringuito bar by the lakefront was a lovely place to relax in the early evening, and we also hired bikes from Nomad in Angon (approx 25min walk away) to cycle round the beautiful lake, which was fabulous. We hope to return next year for longer, as there is so much to see and do.

Very good stay, the host was very responsive when we needed it! The first beach is a 5 minute walk away. The place is peaceful. I would recommned this property.

Very nice apartment with great amenities in the heart of Aix-les-Bains. Pedestrian zone and main shopping street within 2 minutes' walk. Alexandre was a very nice host and always responded very quickly. Arrival and departure were quite easy. Many delicious restaurants in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Large car park directly opposite. You can save a lot of parking fees if you register and take out a subscription. We will be happy to come back sometime.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

we had an excellent weekend in Jenny's apartment, who was also very welcoming. The apartment is impeccable, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and functional and well located at the foot of the mountains.

super long in the heart of knowledge. lake Aiguebellette not far away and that of Le Bourget too. village 10 min away with bakery open on Sundays ❤️❤️ the heated pool the kids had a blast and so did the adults. courtyard next door. really exotic. Claire was welcoming and understandable and accommodating. We recommend eyes closed. Thank you.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a great weekend with friends for a hen's weekend in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suited for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. Communication with the host was seamless and responsive. Thank you for this welcome, we all have a great memory of this stay!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes including a tandem available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

ground floor accommodation with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even though I only spent one night. City centre within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

We had a pleasant stay at Fabienne's. Everything is as described. The apartment is very well appointed and functional. The location is perfect for skiers (ski-in/ski-out) and the village (Belle Plagne) is very pleasant. The resort is really large and many activities are available. The small plus of this rental is the spa, pool area. Ideal for relaxing after a sporting day or not😉. Fabienne is also responsive and pleasant in terms of communication. In short, a good holiday.

We are delighted with our stay, we feel extremely good in this house where nothing is missing, the cleanliness is perfect, the quality amenities are nothing to complain about and the location is incredible. Always a pleasure to come back to this lovely apartment in the city center. No need for the car, in the very lively city center at the end of the day and at the same time, very pleasant accommodation, very peaceful, where it's good to live. We're already signing up for next year.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is compact yet highly functional, offering everything we needed. The ski-in, ski-out access was extremely convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, with very clear instructions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The balcony offers a wonderful view, adding to the overall experience. Located inside a modern complex, it was a great bonus to have a ski equipment rental office in the same building. Additionally, the shutters and blinds provided excellent light control, allowing for a peaceful rest. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to return!
