Great host, great space and really great experience! I had unexpected company come into town and Mathews place was right around the corner from my house so it worked out perfectly. It’s a really cute house with a great flow and floor plan. It has really nice outdoor space and a story book pathway to the back dock and canal. I’ll definitely book the property again and highly recommend it to anyone reading this!

Cristiana is a great host who truly cares about her guests! She was very helpful with clear instructions. I reached out and she responded quickly. The house was clean, spacious and the perfect place for my family.

Absolutely loved staying here at the strawberry stilt house! It was at the perfect location for us seeing friends and family. also so private and quiet, yet right there with all major roads. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch (no mosquitoes bothering us on the second floor 😂), the comfortable bed and I can't describe just how much we enjoyed the privacy!!! The landscaping was WONDERFUL around the house also. It just blended in with the surroundings. Highly recommend! If you have any questions, Joe was an amazing host and very responsive!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

This was a charming house with a perfect space for relaxing. Close to shops that have all the amenities you may need. Host was explicit in instructions and provided all the basic necessities. Very happy I chose this little oasis for our mini vacation.

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

My husband and I had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb. It looks exactly like the picture. We had no issues.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Love this place and Linda was a great host! She was attentive to our texts and even let us in early which was a lifesaver with three kids and an early flight in. Even with three boys this cozy apartment fit us comfortably. Beautiful neighborhood too, I felt safe enough to walk with my three boys to the gas station while my wife took a nap. 10 out of 10 Thanks Linda!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
