The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

It is a perfect place for mountain hiking enthusiasts – you can set off on hiking trails (yellow and green trail) directly from the property, leading to Śnieżka, Kotła Łomniczki, Sowia Dolina or Krucze Skały. Five minutes from the apartment is the Wolf's Waterfall. Come to recharge your batteries, immerse yourself in nature and discover the true charms of the Karkonosze Mountains!

The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Thermal Baths, in the direction of Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two and a sitting area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Plot area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an over 100-year-old pre-war guesthouse of the former "Villa Silesia" in Biała Dolina, in a peaceful and quiet area. The apartment is very spacious (72 m2) and consists of a living room with a magnificent view of the Karkonosze ridge, a bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a kitchen and a large bathroom. From the glazed veranda you can admire the panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains and Wysoki Kamień. No TV or Internet.

Lower Silesia is an area of natural beauty, mountains lakes and waterfalls and many places of historical and cultural interest, palaces, castles, churches and medieval towns. For the more energetic there is skiing, mountain climbing, hiking, white water rafting, cycling, horse riding and much more.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.
