I was captivated by the beautiful surroundings, especially the lake with its graceful swans providing a welcome dose of peaceful tranquility. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, surprisingly spacious, and remarkably quiet – a true haven for rest. The apartment exceptionally well-equipped for both short and long-term stays. However, the real star is Jun. He is a truly exceptional host. You can tell that he views Airbnb as an art form, and he has certainly mastered it. He was incredibly helpful, always quick to communicate, and consistently respectful of my privacy. His genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend this Airbnb apartment in Ecopark. Phuc is an excellent landlord with great communication skills in English. He's very responsive - when our TV broke down, he replaced it with a new one within a week. He also promptly installed a water filter upon our request. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with relatively little road traffic compared to the rest of Hanoi, and clean sidewalks. There are many cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There’s also an affordable direct VinBus service to the airport. My wife and I highly recommend staying at Phuc's place.

The best AirBnB of my 10 days Vietnam trip..Spacious, new and fully furnished apartment..It is a great value for money.. The locality is peaceful n clean. It’s far from Old Quarter, that’s the only negative I could say about this property.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.
