Lubna has a beautiful house with a well-maintained garden where if you rise in the morning you are likely to hear songs of 8-9 birds (confirmed by our birding apps). The champa, coconut, ornamental bananas among the many greens present such a pleasing sight that you may end up sitting on the verandah the whole day. The best part is the room has fenesta door grills that offer a view of the garden growing around the house. We also worked out of our room and the verandah with ease. The access to our room was independent of the rest of the house, which made it easy for us to move in and out. Coming to the home owners, Lubna, Mithu (a gorgeous black dog), Maya (a kind eyed older canine), Sammy and Meneka (two lovely cats) are a wonderful company, who are non-intrusive and share their space with gentle boundaries that make staying for longer easier. t is a quiet and charming haven where you feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. A hidden gem as they say it on this platform.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff and caretaker are the nicest people and managed everything so well. The house is well-kept and very clean and is full of necessary and essential items for a stay. The food was really tasty and homely and we loved every dish we requested. A very pleasant stay and the host Revathi is nice and took care of our needs and was available when required. The house itself is nestled in a green spot and surrounded by mango, supari and coconut trees. An ideal stay and we went there for my wife's birthday celebration and she will remember this one for sure! Revathi even helped us arrange cake for the birthday and even asked the caretakers to make Ukdiche Modak as a little birthday surprise from their side. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture! Next time we plan to come with our kid and enjoy the stay again! Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Goa last week, and a big part of that experience was thanks to our amazing host, Cavan, and his lovely family. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. Cavan was incredibly thoughtful and attentive—always checking in to make sure everything was going well without ever being intrusive. His family was equally kind and warm, and it felt like staying with old friends rather than in a rental. Their hospitality added a very personal and memorable touch to the whole trip. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing time in Goa. Whether it was helping with local tips, arranging small things, or simply their good energy, every interaction added to a great experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Goa. Thank you again, Cavan and family, for making my trip so special—I’ll definitely be back!

Who else would have expected that by booking Airbnb, you'll get the perks of hotel as well ? Quite interesting no ? Also, not even I have expected those cottages to be that gigantuous as shown in those bnb pictures.If you reading my review please just book it without having second thoughts in mind. I literally felt heart broken leaving the premises, not because of how wonderful the staff and premises was but because of those furry four-legged friends, I got attatched to in just couple of days, especially one black young dog ,wish i have stayed there for longer period.I'll soon plan to come and meet those chotu-motu (dogs) again.

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

good responsive man Mr Vikram. everything was sorted smoothly , breakfast ,dinner, guide to all sightseeing, we booked for two days but left in a day for other destination as guided by Mr Vikram

It felt home! I was on a workation with my partner and I felt like crying while I was going to leave. Great hospitality! Squeaky clean place! The staffs are always happy to lucky people. Actually apart from the interiors - the staffs are the next amazing thing there! Thank you for making this place!
