Villa holiday rentals in Ghiffa

We spent a couple of days at Villa San Giuseppe and we were blown away by the stunning location, views and by the amazing little apartment. The location is peaceful and quiet and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. The apartment feels fresh and homely and we had everything we needed. The bottle of wine and biscuits made our stay even more special. The hosts were fantastic as well: super friendly and extremely helpful with information about local villages, towns and public transportation etc. and the communication was very easy. The Secret Room at Villa San Giuseppe is a true gem and it won't disappoint. I cannot recommend it high enough and I hope we can visit again in due course. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's! The photos don't do the place justice, which is absolutely amazing. The large bedrooms have huge beds, the bathrooms are great, and I'm not talking about the outside. Multiple touches for us. The accommodation is well located for exploring. Our favorite for the beaches was the communal beach of Osmate, a gem! And the El Fogador River. The environment is a bit noisy during the day with the airport, highway and railway track (but our children were fascinated by the planes passing by!), but it's quiet at night. Thank you for everything, Monica!

Maria is a super host! We were made to feel welcome. Also when we got unlucky with our car she helped us great. We had a great vacation! Which is what matters! Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

The setting of Casa Cattaneo is so very beautiful The light is exceptional making the sunrise and sunsets something to look forward to every day. The house is a beautiful example of modernism at its finest. Whilst some amenities are less comfortable today the house offers an exceptional way to experience the local setting exceptional view of lake Maggiore and the culinary delights of the area.

Great place to stay, felt like a home. Everything was great about this place, just a little bit of slow internet, which is probably due to location, but great place and very responsive host. I recommend this place.

We were once again able to spend a wonderful, romantic week at Villa Bianci. Once again, it was a homecoming in a wonderful picturesque atmosphere. To a well-maintained, extensive park with magnificent lake views. Angela had surprised us again to immerse ourselves in the melody of the house with culinary delights. Thanks Angela. This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

The house was perfect for a weekend break for 10 friends. There was so much space, lots of bathrooms and a lovely garden - so amazing to find a big family house so close to the city centre. We walked to most places but the nearest metro was about 3 mins walk with others within 10 mins. We also used the trams and hired scooters - all really easy. Supermarket was only a couple of blocks away too. Andrea was brilliant through all the communications, recommended restaurants, and met us at check in to show us around. This was a great base for seeing Milan, and for a group of friends who go away for a weekend every year. Highly recommended.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

great location, magnificent views over Lago Maggiore, the pool is excellent, you can stay an entire day at the Villa and do nothing. the kitchen is a bit basic for cooking and inside is a bit less elegant. Also there was some dust under the bed and wardrobes. The main disadvantage is there are no blinds or shutters in any of the bedrooms and in summer it gets hot during the day and bright at 6 o'clock in the morning.

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

House is high up. Up the streets are very curvy and narrow. But if you can enjoy the view, you are speechless. House is pure luxury. It was a very nice experience and we would be happy to come back.
