We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. IMP: the apt is on the top (4th floor, great view and no mold) of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR. Extra fee for check-ins after 8 pm (see below)

Apartment located in CANNAREGIO DISTRICT, ony a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto, in a lively area plenty of typical restaurants and wine bars for locals where you can taste “cicchetti” and drink “the spritz”. Cosy, bright and fully equipped. We have renovated it with the idea of creating a pleasant place for a romantic getaway. It is extremely silent, being situated in a building overlooking a small inner garden. It has an easy access both from Marco Polo Airport and from railway station.

It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles.
