A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
