Our 25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard is refurbished. It consists of a living room area, kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom. A parking space is available. Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

The Chalet de Montarouet

Small chalet for a stay in the green and quiet countryside of Haute-Saône. In a green environment, the Montarouet chalet welcomes you for a night to several weeks. The wooden chalet is independent of the owners' house. It is composed on the ground floor (20 m²) of a kitchenette open to the living/dining room and a bathroom. On the mezzanine (10 m² with a maximum height of 1.80 m), you will find a small bedroom opening onto a 10 m² terrace.
