The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No Wi-Fi, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Beautiful renovated pebble building of 200 m² on a property of 5000 m². Our cottage offers you the quiet of the countryside and the proximity of amenities. It's a place to rest and breathe. Its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and the Vercors is exceptional. Large salt pool (10x5) shared with our family and open in fine weather. Bookings in July and August from Saturday or Sunday for a minimum of 7 nights.
