Bienvenue dans notre charmant appartement, situé dans notre propriété . Le logement est neuf et cosy, il peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 voyageurs. Pour votre confort vous trouverez le nécessaire de première nécessité et une TV connectée avec Netflix, une terrasse avec table extérieure. Nous avons 3 chèvres et un poney qui vivent à quelques mètres de la maison, c’est pourquoi nous n’acceptons pas vos animaux. The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No Wi-Fi, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!
