Appartement très atypique, style chalet, entièrement en bois et pierres. Espace ouvert avec cuisine, mezzanine, matelas Futon en coton biologique, canapé convertible et une belle terrasse de 22m2 à l'abri des regards. L'accès se fait par un escalier métallique et une passerelle métallique. Le logement se trouve au centre de Gerstheim avec tous les commerces à proximité à pied ( superette, boulangerie, kebab et pizzeria ). Il est situé à 25 km de Strasbourg et à 18km d'Europa Park.

Charmant duplex dans notre séchoir à tabac reconvertie et aménagé en logement. Il dispose d’une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits simples, d’une chambre climatisée avec un lit double à l’étage et d’une mezzanine avec deux lits simples. Profitez d’un espace confortable et lumineux avec une cuisine équipée ouverte. Notre village, entre Strasbourg et Colmar, est proche de l'Allemagne, à 10 Min d'Europa-Park, des nombreux marchés de Noël alsacien et du Haut-Koenigsbourg.

Welcome to Anna! You will spend your stay in a small, charming and completely renovated barge, 15 minutes from Strasbourg and 30 minutes from Europapark. Located in the countryside, the boat is easily accessible by car (parking at the foot of the boat) and by public transport (bus stop less than 5 minutes away). During your getaway, come and enjoy the charm and romance of life on the water with all the modern comforts in this more than a century-old boat!

The bright, very modern and stylishly furnished apartment with 35 m² and an inviting 4 m² balcony is only a few minutes away from Europa Park, Strasbourg in Alsace and Offenburg. W-LAN, parking, coffee, washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. There is an ATM, e-charging station and ice cream parlor on the property. Simply end the day with a glass of wine on the balcony and start the new day refreshed.

Le gite est une maison alsacienne rénovée à Obenheim , village proche de la frontière allemande ( EuropaPark) , de la route des vins ( 15 km vers l'ouest)et de Strasbourg ( 20 km au nord). Possibilité de faire du vélo ( piste cyclable de Strasbourg vers Markolsheim). Je propose aussi un aterlier cuisine pour apprendre des recettes alsaciennes ( grtuit)? Pour les enfants , Obenheim dispose d'une grande air de jeux .

Charmant hébergement totalement créé dans une ancienne grange à côté de la maison familiale, en dehors du village, en bord de champs. Idéalement situé, au cœur de l’Alsace, il se trouve à 25 minutes de Strasbourg, 30 minutes de Colmar. Vous pourrez ainsi découvrir les charmes et activités de la région, ses châteaux, sa route des vins, ses marchés de Noël… Europa Park et Rulantica a 35min. (15min bac Rhinau-Kappel)

Im zweiten Obergeschoß gibt es Wohnzimmer mit dem Schlafcouch und einem Bett. Bis Europa Park Rust sind ca. 15 km und Straßbourg 30 km. Bettwäsche u. Badetücher(gemeint sind Kissenbezug, Decken-Bezüge...) !!!sind im Preis inklusiv!!!

Each bedroom includes a bed, a desk, and a musical instrument (guitar, piano, or drums). The master bedroom under the roof offers a unique charm and a warm, cozy atmosphere.
