This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

A land of balance between man and nature, Gers welcomes you. Pilgrims, families, spa visitors, travelers, with your mounts (bikers or riders), or passing through, you are welcome. Come and live to the rhythm of nature and simple pleasures... Oak forest, hiking trails, wild and domestic animals. And just 6 km from the heart of the spa and tourist town of Lectoure. Agen and Auch 35 minutes away, Toulouse 1 hour 15 minutes away and Bordeaux 2 hours away. Come!! It's a good place to stay!
