The entire apartment has a charming wooden beam ceiling and laminate flooring. Starting from the entrance hall, there is the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with large box-spring beds (1 x 1.60 x 2.00 m and 1 x 1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as a brightly tiled tub bathroom. In the living room, there is a large sofa corner and a dining table with four chairs. A separate kitchen entrance leads off from the living room. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.
