The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold system), equipped with every comfort (2 TVs with DVD player, stereo, 2 a/c, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas, small barbecue, washing machine) and IS ONLY 5 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF GEREMEAS, inside a complex with access for residents only. The bay of Geremeas, 3 km long, is certainly one of the most beautiful on the coast. The crystal clear sea immediately reaches a certain depth and the sand is white and a little coarse. The sand dunes that stand out behind the beach are certainly noteworthy. The apartment is available immediately.
