Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Our centrally located condo is on second floor at the Summerhouse at the Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island (elevator access). One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
