It's what we call a happy place. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath with sleeper sofa in the living room. This cool little spot is located on a canal under large shaded oak trees.. It has a large detached, screened-in kitchenette where you can rig your poles or just hang out with the family. Bring your kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, jet skis and/or boats. Access to a nice private boat ramp at the top of Lake George and a place moor your watercraft. Silver Glen and Salt Springs are just a boat ride away.

The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession.
