Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

The house is located in the city center, 200 meters from the train and bus station and a five-minute walk from the historic and pedestrian center, but at the same time offers great tranquility, thanks to its location on a private road. At your disposal is an entire attic apartment, located on the top floor, and a large garden with a swimming pool and pond. The location is also ideal for exploring the hills and villages of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.

Rosalba apartment is in the heart of Asti. Renovated in 2019, it is located in an Art Nouveau building from the early 1900s. During the renovation, interesting details such as the parquet flooring and paintings on the bedroom ceiling were maintained and restored.
