Beachfront holiday rental in Genipabu

The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Whenever I needed something, the host responded promptly, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I would definitely recommend staying again!

We were very welcomed from beginning to end. I felt at home, cozy place, close to the sea, quiet place, restaurants nearby. First time using Airbnb and I loved it.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

Wonderful location on the artists' beach, about 25 minutes from the black beach, I thought it was wonderful. For the Majority of the walks we did as a jacuma lagoon, pitangui lagoon, Rio de fogo, Maracajaú, purity… all were after the artists' beach. So it was less distant, last year we stayed at Ponta negra beach, and we found it very far from these places. So super recommend Joyce's flat. Gorgeous view, well clean flat, clean pool, the place for bathing is very nice , stay the natural pools, very good for us and our children. Our accommodation was wonderful.

Great house, the place is perfect. The house has a great location, it is possible to walk to the market, the fair, among other places. It is possible to order everything by phone as they deliver. The house has an impeccable structure, the rooms super comfortable, a perfect architecture. The leisure space is wonderful, the beach is one of the most beautiful and clean I could visit in Natal, on the weekend it is busiest, and there are some restaurants that you can go by the sand. And the best of all is the girls who provide service in the house, super attentive and helpful, leave the environment all organized and clean, cook very well, and perfectly served us, that we were in a group of 18 people. On top of everything, the host is super responsible, and helpful, whenever I needed it was available to answer my doubts. Anyway, super recommend the house, and I will definitely go back again, because the place is perfect for those who really want to enjoy and rest.

Of great location, the front beach is very good for bathing and dining. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment according to the listing, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. In the evening the surroundings are not very busy, but in the day is well centralized, close to several sights, including the front beach that is beautiful and great for bathing and food. The leisure area of the hotel offers a swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super fast in location and care, leaving everything saved until someone I trusted to pick up.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

I really enjoyed staying there. The location is great- the beach is just in front of the house. The view from the flat is great - the morning sun shines straight to your bed - if you keep the curtains open - I did and enjoyed that early waking up :) Walked down to the beach for a morning meditation and swim. Beautiful! The small flat has everything I needed, and the kitchen is compact and neat and has good quality kettles etc. It's more quiet on that location than more south of Ponta Negra - if one likes that it's fantastic. There are not so many restaurants in the nearest blocks, but within nice walk on the beach or on the beach boulevard several. I will be coming back!! This is my fav place in Ponta Negra so far (been in two hotels and two airbnb´s there) Highly recommend :) PS Breakfast I had on the recommended place very close by - it was really good, yummy and with so friendly staff.

Small but functional apartment. A short walk to the beach and close to markets and restaurants with typical food. Yves always responded to our inquiries.

Wonderful place, apartment with movie view! Clean Accommodation with impeccable everything. Iza is an excellent host and prepared the apartment with great affection. It was our first time in Natal and the stay was one of the highlights of the trip. I already have a place to stay when you return.

Beautiful home. Spacious with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Pools were very nice. Difficult to find the location as the road was washed out from the rain. Make sure you specify to the host that you require towels.

Very nice accommodation. Mr. pedro very friendly and proactive. Already knew other apartments at Inmare but that of Mr. Pedro overcame by the positive.
