Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

There is the main room with a kitchen and a sofa bed of 140, a bedroom with a bed of 140 and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Sheets and towels are available. In front of the accommodation, you will have a terrace with a table, chairs, 2 deckchairs and ample parking.

Country house with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the living room. A terrace and garden are available as well as two parking spaces.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

Private Bain Nordic with lights and jacuzzi jets for the property for 2-7 people. Fantastic for the winter months ! Close to zoo de Beauval and wine tasting plus historic town of Loches. Visit the loire chateaux, lakes, and beautiful villages, or just relax and enjoy! Massages and manicures can be arranged.

Old house ( without garden ) located in the village of Genillé, close to Beauval and Chenonceau ( 20 minutes ), futuroscope ( 50 minutes ). Proximity to many castles in the Loire and Touraine. Loches, Montrasbourg and Montpoupon 10 minutes away, Amboise 20 minutes away, Chaumont/Loire 30 minutes away etc... The accommodation of about 90 m2 consists of a ground floor and two floors, ideal for 4 people but can accommodate 6 people.

The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
